On the 23rd May 2008 I headed to London with my best friend Matt for our good friend Jon’s wedding. Sadly we never made the wedding as Matt passed away in his sleep that night. Waking up to find him was one of the most difficult things I’ve experienced and trying to explain to his parents something I did not understand myself was heartbreaking. Thankfully CRY helped understand and offered help and support to his family and myself. 

 AMC is such a valuable asset to many towns and cities across the country supporting men in need. Thats why I wanted to give something back to them.
